What do you want to pursue with your degree?: Eventually I want to be a nurse in dermatology and possibly go back to school to become a nurse practitioner.
Who inspires you and why?: I would say my parents have always inspired me. I want to model their willingness and passion to work hard. But on the sports side lately someone who has inspired me a lot is Brock Prudy. It’s amazing to see his selfless character and faith based mentality, which is something I’ve always strived to do myself.
Favorite soccer memory?: I don’t necessarily have a specific memory, but I’ve mostly just enjoyed the small moments. Whether that’s travel trips with my team or funny moments at practice, I love the small memories soccer has given me with incredible people. I will never forget all the amazing families that I have connected with through soccer over the years.
Why did you choose Sioux Falls City FC?: I chose Sioux Falls because of their attitude to make players better on the field while also being able to give back to a community that means so much.
Biography
I started playing soccer when I was four years old. Then I joined Dakota Alliance with the academy program where I played for two years. From there I transitioned to the competitive side and played with DASC from grade school to high school. During high school I also played for Lincoln High School. Now I am currently playing at the University of South Dakota! In every stage of my soccer journey there have been many people who have impacted me and helped me get to where I am today, which I am so appreciative for. What I’ve learned from all these people is if I work hard, success will follow.
